Most of the document are the coordinates of the borders of the temporarily occupied territories.

President Petro Poroshenko approved the borders and the list of temporarily occupied settlements and districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. This was reported by the press service of the head of state. These data are listed in the text of Decree No. 32/2019 of February 7, 2019.

Most of the document consists of the coordinates of the borders of temporarily occupied territories, which are determined by the actual line of demarcation in the combat zone in the east, and the list of settlements itself. The list in the Donetsk region includes Donetsk itself, as well as other major settlements - Gorlovka, Debaltsevo, Dokuchaevsk, Yenakiyevo, Makeevka, Snezhnoye, Khartsyzsk, Shakhtersk and others, which are smaller.

In the Lugansk region are Lugansk, Alchevsk, Anthracite, Bryanka, Dolzhansk, Pervomaisk, Rovenky, Sorokino, Crystal and others.

They also dealt with fully or partially captured areas: Amvrosievsky, Bakhmutsky, Boykovsky, Volnovakhsky, Pochinsky, Novoazovsky, Starobeshevsky, Miners and Yasinovatsky in the Donetsk region, as well as Antratsitovsky, Dolzhansky, Lutuhinsky, Novoaydarsky, Perevalsky, see, Find, Find, Find, and - Lugansk district of Lugansk region.
